# WorkhorsePD

> Web app for police departments that reads a criminal case file and returns a cited analysis: chronology, statement inconsistencies, gaps, Brady review, report check and probable-cause and search warrant affidavit drafts. Every line cites the page, row or place it came from. In beta; not yet CJIS compliant.

## Product

- Uploads: PDFs (typed or scanned), text, CSV, Excel, map files (KML, KMZ, GeoJSON, GPX), interview audio. No video or images.
- Output: source index, fact ledger, chronology, people and identities, statement inconsistencies, gaps, Brady review, PDF report and Excel workbook.
- File verification: anyone can check that a downloaded file is exactly what a run produced.
- Audit trail: nothing is deleted; every change is recorded and anchored outside the database.

## Time saved

- Detectives: review an already-built, cited chronology, statement inconsistencies, Brady flags, interview transcripts and affidavit drafts instead of producing them by hand.
- Patrol: see what a report is missing before submitting it, so fewer come back; start affidavits from a draft.
- Time saved is measured with each agency during its 60-day pilot.

## Pricing (USD, billed yearly)

- Detective: $225 per user per month ($2,700 per year). $40 AI credit per month. Case file analysis, chronology, inconsistencies, Brady review, interview transcription, report check, affidavit drafts.
- Patrol: $75 per user per month ($900 per year). $10 AI credit per month. Report check, affidavit drafts.
- Admin: free. Manage members and settings.
- Agency minimum: $500 per month ($6,000 per year). Larger agencies: quote on request.
- Example: 2 detectives + 4 patrol = $750 per month ($9,000 per year), with $120 AI credit per month. Seats totaling under $500 per month pay the $500 minimum.
- Every plan: seat credits pool per agency; price shown before each run and never exceeded; admin alert at 80% of pool; $500 top-ups; storage and audio transcription under fair use; 60-day free pilot, then a one-page order form.
- Additional usage per 1M tokens (about 500 tokens per page): Standard AI $0.43 read, $3.60 written; Advanced AI $1.80 read, $14.40 written. Rates are set in the contract.
